Private sources revealed a package of decisions that the Presidential Leadership Council intends to issue in the coming days, after finalizing consensus on them.
The sources told (Newsyemen) that the council is studying the names of the candidates and the extent of the council members' agreement with them, explaining that the decisions include wide changes in the government of Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik and the various sectors of the state, especially the economic and revenue sectors, and aim to change officials who have failed to do their work.
According to the sources, the head of the council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, stressed the need for all members to agree on the names of the candidates in order to avoid any attempts at sedition among the council members who represent the various forces opposed to the Houthi militia.
The sources said that the announcement of a number of decisions that were issued a few days ago was postponed until consensus on all decisions aimed at bringing about a change in the activity and work of government institutions in the capital, Aden, and the liberated governorates.
