Ibb, NewsYemen, private:

The level of services has decreased to zero, this is how Abdul Hamid one of the citizens describes the situation in Al-Udayin district, 30 km west of Ibb governorate.

Add.  If the northern regions live in a forest, then Al-Aden District and its people live at the bottom of this forest as a result of the powerful and the armed men, most of whom are returning from the fronts.

Last Monday, an influential person in the village of "Al-Jabalin" attacked a farmer and his bull while he was working. The sources reported that Sheikh Ali Muhammad Ali Abdel Jalil, along with a group of gunmen, attacked a farmer and shot him and his bull.

Pictures and recordings showed the bull fighting for hours after four bullets penetrated its body, which witnesses described as an inhuman and immoral condition.

It was preceded by two days of clashes with medium and light weapons in the village of Tha'oub, the isolation of "Khabbaz", a siege of homes, burning of cars and property, the arrest of citizens, and a number of injuries.

This is a frightening picture of a daily scene that people no longer have the ability to express properly after hitting rock bottom.

Beyond the power of the mind

Abdul Hamid Al-Hakami says: Al-Udyin District lives outside the scope of geography, excluding the rest of the regions.  Zakat was distributed a while ago and most people were deprived of it, although they later took it as a war effort.

Uninterrupted salaries despite royalties and taxes that are illegally imposed by supervisors and those armed with them by force, which forces the merchant to pay more than once and under different names

The health services are zero in the hospitals, there are no medicines, no care and no hygiene, education every month and the student needs to pay fees to the teacher in order to continue, and the curricula are not available.

They loot the gas rations, and there is favoritism in everything. People own all services and deliver them up-to-date, while others cannot find anything to eat, and on top of that, they still invoke the siege and aggression.

He concluded his speech to "Newsyemen", even the cemetery, which is considered an endowment for the burial of the dead, is fenced off to convert it later into a commercial market with the complicity of the militia-controlled authority, in light of a weak and worthless judiciary and failed and corrupt security.
