Sana'a, NewsYemen:

Citizens confronted the attempts of leaders of the Houthi terrorist militia to rob breathing spaces attached to the Al-Hamdi residential city in Sanaa, days after those leaders attacked green spaces and parking lots and started building on them.

Local residents said that dozens of angry citizens went out after performing Friday prayers in the residential city's mosque, and collectively demolished the walls that Houthi leaders had installed in order to rob the gardens and parking lots of the Al-Hamdi residential city in the Sawan neighborhood, north of Sanaa.

The sources pointed out that the Houthi militia moved a number of gunmen, reinforced by security crews, to pursue and arrest the citizens participating in confronting the Houthis' attempts to seize and kidnapped a number of them and took them to an unknown destination.

Recently, the pace of looting and robbery by Houthi leaders has increased on lands, public parks, sidewalks, endowment lands and citizens' properties in Sana'a and the governorates under their control in northern Yemen.
