The spokesman for the Al-Humayqan resistance, Amer Al-Humayqani, confirmed that the Houthi militia's takeover of the telecommunications sector was a reason for the retreat of the fronts in the governorate.

Al-Humayqani said, in a tweet to him, that one of the reasons for the withdrawal that took place on the Al-Bayda fronts was the Houthi militia’s monitoring of the numbers of field commanders on the fronts, and the numbers of group leaders, and that it sent a text message from one of the leaders’ number to the groups, “You have to withdraw,” which led to the failure of the attack.

Al-Humayqani also called for legitimacy to liberate the telecommunications sector from the grip of the Houthi coup militia, which has been controlling it since its takeover of the capital, Sanaa.

Al-Humayqani revealed the crimes committed by the Houthi militia by liquidating some of the wounded of the Humayqan resistance who were wounded during the battle of Fatah Al-Zaher, and the resistance at that time was unable to get them out.

Al-Humayqani stressed that they have evidence confirming the Houthi crimes against the wounded and prisoners of the Humayqan resistance.
