Aden, NewsYemen:

Security sources reported that the Houthi militia released two members of the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda, who had been detained in the National Security Prison in Sana'a for years.

The sources pointed out that the Houthi militia released the terrorists (Aidarous Al-Masoudi and Abdullah Al-Masoudi), in a move that reflected the relationship with Al-Qaeda.

An intelligence report revealed that the Houthis released 252 al-Qaeda and ISIS members from the prisons of the Political Security and National Security agencies in Sanaa and other governorates.

The report indicated that most of the leaders and elements of al-Qaeda and ISIS are located in the areas under the control of the Houthi militia, despite the militias’ allegations of fighting the two organizations.
