Dead and wounded, including 8 women, in Houthi bombings targeting travelers north of Al-Dhalea

Three people were killed and others were injured, Monday, in the explosion of explosive devices planted by the Houthi militia, on the line linking Damt and Murais in Al-Dhalea Governorate, southern Yemen.

Eyewitnesses said that the Houthi militia detained dozens of citizens, including women, at the "Najd Al-Qurain" point, while they were on their way from the city of Damt to Maris, to receive doses of the Corona virus vaccine.

They added that three explosive devices, which had been planted by the Houthi militia, on both sides of the road exploded while the citizens were being detained, which resulted in deaths and injuries.

According to preliminary information, 3 people were killed, and dozens were injured, including eight women.

The sources said that the victims were transferred to the city of Damt, which is under the control of the Houthi militia.

And on Sunday, the Houthi militia targeted travelers in the same area, which resulted in the injury of a citizen named "Nasr Muhammad Saleh Al-Sfri" with serious injuries that made him lose movement, as well as another citizen named "Dahhan Nasser Al-Bazai" who is still lying in the hospital in critical condition.
