Al-Zubaidi: We will not be patient with the practices of terrorist forces against the people of Abyan

Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, met on Sunday at the council's headquarters in the capital, Aden, with leaders, dignitaries and dignitaries of Abyan governorate.

At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by a member of the Presidency of the Council, Brigadier Ali Al-Shaiba, the commander of the Special Forces (Aden - Abyan - Lahj - Al-Dhalea), Major General Fadl Ba'esh, and the head of the local leadership of the Abyan Transitional Transitional Council Muhammad Ahmada Haidara Al-Shaqi, Al-Zubaidi welcomed the leaders, dignitaries and dignitaries of Abyan governorate, praising the role  The heroic of his sons, and their tremendous sacrifices in defending the southern homeland and fighting terrorist organizations.

He stressed that the Abyan governorate is of strategic importance in the map of the south, noting that Abyan has its own specificity and political weight, and its striving and historical role, as it represents the gateway to victory.

He said: "The people of Abyan embody the meanings of loyalty and the spirit of sacrifice for the sake of their homeland and its sovereignty, and they reject the extraneous acts on their governorate, funded by external parties to undermine their struggle history and their homeland," noting that whoever came from outside Abyan governorate is better to go to defend their land, which the Houthi militia violates it.

Al-Zubaidi stressed that the Transitional Council will not remain silent about what the forces of terrorism practice against the people of Abyan Governorate, and that the patience of the leadership of the Council will not last.

The president of the council urged the importance of reconciliation and tolerance among the people of the south in general, as it is a fundamental pillar of the southern victory, pointing out that the south unites all its people, and all its sons.

At the conclusion of his speech, Al-Zubaidi touched on the importance of the Riyadh Agreement, which represents a safe way out for all and unifies all efforts to combat the Iranian-backed Houthi militia.

For his part, a member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Brigadier General Ali al-Shibh, spoke about a number of difficulties that Abyan is experiencing, pointing to the complex conditions in the governorate at the present time.

Brigadier General Al-Shaiba confirmed that "the council's leadership is working hard to solve the many problems in the province, and if any failure occurs, it is beyond the will."

He said, "All the people of Abyan should cooperate with the council, work to strengthen the ranks, and align themselves behind the southern political leadership represented by the council's president, Aidarous al-Zubaidi, to preserve the security and military gains."

At the conclusion of his speech, Brigadier General Al-Shaiba praised the active role of the people of Abyan in the recent events, and their standing in the face of the terrorist Brotherhood militia, which seeks to destroy the province as it did during the past years, saying that "Abyan is from the south and to the south and will not tweet outside the southern consensus, no matter how delusions try."  He painted a false picture of the people of Abyan and their bright heroic history.
