The judge and human rights activist, Abdel Wahab Qatran, said that the case of Intisar Al Hammadi had left the security authorities’ possession and jurisdiction, and had become the possession and jurisdiction of the Public Prosecution, noting that the Public Prosecution Office of West Amana decided to ban publication about the case, “which is what Intisar’s lawyer, Mr. Khaled Kamal, adhered to.”
He explained that (Al-Hawiya channel) violated the decision of the Public Prosecution, and underestimated it and threw it at the wall, and installed itself as an investigator and judge to convict Intisar Al-Hammadi, noting that (Houthi identity) committed several crimes related to the confidentiality of investigations, and the inadmissibility of publishing what affects the reputation and dignity of citizens, accusing them For crimes against honor and honesty before final court rulings are issued to convict them.
In his comment on (Facebook) Qatran criticized Al-Hawiya channel’s disregard for the opinions of the investigative judges in the Public Prosecution, the accused’s lawyer, and the opinion of the accused herself, and added: “The channel went in an open, naive way to conduct interviews with security officers, informants and what it called Aqal Harat, and it forgot for its naivety and lack of professionalism, The security authorities are accused of fabrication and fabrication.”
