The US State Department confirmed that the UAE is an important partner in resolving the conflict in Yemen.
This came in a brief statement by the US State Department, following talks between the US envoy to Yemen, Timothy Lenderking, and UAE Minister of State, Reem Al-Hashemi.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed efforts to address the humanitarian crisis and end the conflict.
