The leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Dr. Abdullah Al-Nafisi, said that the Israeli army's cease-fire on Gaza came after Turkish and Pakistani threats to air intervention to support the Palestinian resistance.
Al-Nafisi downplayed in his tweet on Twitter the role that Egypt played in the ceasefire and protection of the Palestinian people, by glorifying Turkey and polishing it with lies that are impossible for Arab peoples to believe.
The Egyptian role was strongly present from the first day of the outbreak of armed confrontations between Israel and the Palestinian factions, until it succeeded in persuading the two parties to calm down and the cease-fire that came into effect last Friday morning.
Al-Nafisi said that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu agreed to the cease-fire after Turkey and Pakistan requested Jordan and Iraq to use air bases to enter the air force in the fighting in support of the Palestinian resistance.
Southern politician Hani Mashour responded to Al-Nafisi’s tweet, where he said: Al-Nafisi and his ilk from the Brotherhood’s flock will not leave the circle of the Arab masses ’recklessness and attempt to pass their lies even if it is by reducing Egypt's great role in injecting the blood of the poor people of Gaza.
Masshour emphasized that the invention of lies and myths is a Brotherhood ideology that started with the founder of the organization Hassan Al-Banna and was connected and branched into Erdogan's herd.
