Aden, NewsYemen:

The Arab coalition in Yemen announced, on Thursday, that it had intercepted and destroyed a car bomb march launched by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm, in Yemen, towards Jizan, south of Saudi Arabia.

The coalition said that the Houthi militia is continuing its attempts to target civilians and civilian objects.

The coalition added, "We are taking operational measures to protect civilians and civilian objects from terrorist attacks."

About a week ago, the coalition announced the interception of 8 drones and 3 ballistic missiles launched by the Houthis towards Saudi Arabia.

The coalition confirmed its success in "foiling a hostile act by the militias by launching marches and ballistic missiles towards Saudi Arabia."

He stressed that "the hostilities of the Houthi militia did not observe religious rituals, and also contradict international norms."

The day before, the coalition thwarted an imminent hostile attack by a booby-trapped boat in the south of the Red Sea, confirming in a statement the destruction of the boat.

The coalition stated that the Houthi militia continues to threaten maritime navigation and global trade, pointing out that it uses the Stockholm Agreement as an umbrella to launch hostile attacks from Hodeidah.

It is noteworthy that the coalition and the Yemeni government had repeatedly emphasized that the Houthi violations pose a threat to international navigation.
