Al-Akimi opens a special customs office with forged bonds ... and the first zone considers it a partial innovation

With forged customs bonds and instructions from the Minister of Defense, Muhammad Al-Maqdashi, Governor of Al-Jawf, Amin Al-Akimi, created his own customs in the Al-Duwaibi area of the Al-Abr District on the borders of Al-Jawf Hadramout, despite the illegality of this customs, which is a short distance from the official depository customs.
Heavy transport drivers complained of arbitrariness by forcing them to demarcate the goods they transported again at Al-Akimi customs, shortly after they are demarcated in the depository customs, which gives official documents.
Heavy transport drivers said that even those who transport internal goods from Hadramout and pass through this customs are forced by the 23 Mika Brigade to pay customs to Al-Akimi at his new customs point.
The Minister of Defense had instructed, in an operational order, the commander of the first military region, Major General Saleh Taimus, to address the commander of the 23rd Mika Brigade in cooperation with the customs point created by Al-Akimi, where the instructions of the Minister of Defense came in response to the request of the Governor of Al-Jawf, Amin Al-Akimi.
In turn, the Commander of the First Military Region rejected these instructions from the Minister of Defense and considered them to be measures that restore the partial borders, according to a telegram sent to the commander of the 23 Mika Brigade, and circulated it to all the leaders of the higher state.
Major General Taimus directed the commander of the 23rd Mika Brigade to prevent any innovations or points and confirmed that the leadership of the local authority in Hadramout rejects such developments and any party that wants to create centers or points that are within the scope of its responsibility. The Commander of the First District requested that this be stopped under the name of monitoring and inspection within the geography of the region and Hadramout governorate, considering that these points are carried out in these circumstances as splitting innovations.
NewsYemen obtained fake customs data images granted by the newly created customs demarcation point of the Al-Jawf Al-Akimi governor, in addition to official customs data from the depository customs of one transport truck, while this truck will pay customs for the third time within the borders of the Houthi militia.
The commander of the 23rd Brigade rejected the command of the Commander of the First Military Region and continued to protect the customs post of Al-Akimi, citing the influence of the Minister of Defense and the Governor of Al-Jawf.
The complaints of heavy transport drivers have recently increased about the arbitrariness they face and the taxes imposed on them at military points along the routes they pass.
The Governor of Shabwa had also created a collection point in which he imposed an amount of 50,000 riyals on every heavy transport truck that passes through Shabwa governorate, in clear violation, which was considered by heavy transport drivers as the work of the road sector, as these sums do not go to the state treasury.
