Soldiers belonging to the military axis of Taiz, which is under the control of the Brotherhood, displaced a family from their home, and burned the house two days ago in the west of the city, in response to the killing of a citizen, due to family disputes.
Local sources told (NewsYemen) that soldiers affiliated with the Taiz military axis, led by Rami al-Khalidi, fired at the house of Haitham Ali Sultan Al-Buraihi, and expelled its residents at gunpoint, and then they burned the house in Bir Basha, west of Taiz.
According to the sources, the attack of Rami Al-Khulaidi - an officer in the 17th Infantry Brigade - on the house, expelling its residents, and burning it in response to the killing of a person named Ahmed Abdul Salam Al-Khulaidi by gunmen affiliated with Al-Buraihi after the kidnapping of Abdulrazzaq Sultan.
The roots of the problem are due to a family dispute seen in the court between Haitham Al-Buraihi's brother, Ali Mahyoub and his wife, who forced him to expel her from his home and refused to return her.
Rami al-Khulaidi kidnapped Abdulrazzaq Sultan (Al-Buraihi’s agent), shot and injured him, and followed it with the armed attack on Al-Buraihi’s house immediately after the killing of Ahmed Al-Khulaidi.
The Security Media Center of the Taiz Governorate Police announced, last Saturday evening, the arrest of two suspects in the incident of killing Ahmed al-Khulaidi, without communicating the rest of those involved in the case, the first of whom was Rami al-Khulaidi.
