Al-Mikhlafi calls for an all-inclusive conference

Former foreign minister Abdelmalek al-Mikhlafi on Wednesday called for an all-inclusive national conference to unite what he called "ragged ranks" and move toward a forgotten goal.
"It is no longer in the national interest to continue the same policies and methods without a responsible pause and a serious and comprehensive review in order to renew the process of restoring the state," Mikhlafi tweeted on his Twitter account.
He added: "The need for an inclusive national conference becomes a necessity to unite the ragged ranks and move towards a goal that seems to have been forgotten with the length of the path and complexity of the paths and the prevalence of interests and selfishness."
