Political security in Marib tortures Palestinian Abu Maarouf to death

Informed sources said to Newsyemen that the Palestinian Salim Abu Maarouf was killed inside a Political Security prison in Marib province during an interrogation after being taken from a security checkpoint in al-Bayda - Marib - Bayhan Shabwa junction.
The sources said Abu Maarouf, the Palestinian belonging to Hamas, Movement, was on his way to Sayoun. He was kidnapped and taken to Marib province, He was interrogated and tortured until he died under torture in the political security department.
The sources pointed out that the security authorities of the Brotherhood in Marib informed a Hamas leader in Sana'a that Abu Maarouf was killed at a security checkpoint without giving details.
The bead body of the Palestinian Abu Maarouf was transferred to a hospital in Marib on Friday, while the Islah media went to accuse the UAE intelligence of kidnapping Abu Maarouf from Sayoun airport and torturing him to death, but the victim's family denied the accusations and confirmed the killing of her son inside Marib's prison.
Abu Maarouf's wife confirmed that he had stopped communicating with her just by entering Marib border after leaving Sana'a.
Abu Maarouf, 36, worked with Hamas institutions in Yemen and has been in Yemen for 14 years. He is married and has three children, according to a statement issued by his family in Khan Yunis.
