The Houthi Syndicate was headed by Abdullah Sabri, they created an authority, despite their control for all the official media, they formed a special body for military information parallel to the Ministry of Information. They held training courses on psychological war, propaganda and military information.

Efforts' and plans' results appeared later when the wider war began with the Yemeni people since the militias invaded Amran province, naming the original Yemeni people who are against their idea or against their war as DAWEASH then they invaded and controlled Sana'a in In a propaganda battle that transformed the armed militias as rescuers, and opponents for the high prices on oil derivatives implemented by Hadi and his a bad reputation government.

According to a theory was done by the Serbian Institute to train media cadres of 'Arab Spring' activists, you should publish your logo everywhere. Your media should focus on mistakes of your opponent, set your goals in shadows, and cover your crimes via spreading your opponent's crimes. If you do not find any propaganda, you have to create it, because the golden rule to control is that to inflict casualties, even if casualties in  your rank, or , in your party, If your opponent does not kill them, you must to do so then paste a crime on your opponent, this is what the Houthis literally applied upon their control the Capital Sana'a and other parts of Yemen.

The Houthi militias turned 'Damaj Salafis' into terrorists so as to control Damaj area in Sana'a province, and opened the road to conquer Sana'a, thus the Houthi propaganda has been spread.

In Hashed area, also known here Hashed tribe and their followers, in Amran province, the Houthi militias' propaganda put their spotlights on al-Ahmar's family, Hameed al-Ahmar, Sadiq al-Ahmar, Hussein al-Ahmar and others, as if the Hashed tribe has been fallen, has the fallen of al-Ahmar's family alone, thus the battle and its objectives have been named.

The Houthi militias in Amran province claimed that they were just civilian demonstrators, and demanded the ousted of Amran governor and the 310 Brigade; any one could stand against their opinions, would be described as Daeshi, said by the Houthi militias leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi and all his entire propaganda team.

Changing a governor as it would be if the State's institutions had been overthrown, including the army's camps on the grounds that they have the rights to change the governor.

After they conquered and controlled Amran province, the issue became how to control Sana'a? Did the Houthis say they wanted to control Sana'a publicly?

They did not say that at all. The armed militias set impossible terms on the State's Authority and its Government, and the dialogue partners, the issues of the people were clearly put as to overthrow or decrease the oil derivatives prices.

The Houthis wanted to change the government and the outcomes of the National dialogue conference, when they were ready for such steps, they, the Houthis, signed and forced other parties to sign a document in the presence of the First UN envoy for Yemen Jamal Bin Omar on 21 Sept. 2014, which later turned into a Revolution in the Houthis' speech.

They thwarted to form a government, then government formed upon their terms and conditions, the Houthis foiled the government's objectives, the Houthis controlled the Ministers' offices and put them under a house arrest, including the Prime Minister Khaled Bahah and President Hadi.

They took control of the Presidency, they controlled Hadi's house, the Houthi militias' leader accused Hadi of supporting al-Qaeda!!

Later, the Houthi militias provoked Riyadh via carrying out a military exercise on the Kingdom's borders, presenting themselves as fighters against al-Qaeda and Daesh so as to win a public opinion and so as to get support from the West. The United States continued coordinating with them in its airstrikes on al-Qaeda, while the Houthis media named and described the Yemeni people and the Houthi opponents as al-Qaeda, from Taiz to Aden and from al-Bayda to Marib.
