Two dead bodies killed by Houthi landmine in al-Hodeida found

Local residents on Sunday found the remains of two charred corpses mixed with a motorcycle in the mountainous area of al-Jabalia area in al-Tuhaita district in al-Hodeida province.

The residents explained that the dead bodies are from al-Jarahi district, working in selling Jasmine in al-Khukha city.

According to figures released by the rights watchdog "R.F.S. D" confirmed the killing and wounding 28 people, including 6 in the minefields planted by the Houthi militias in five fields around al-Tuhaita city and others south-eastern districts of al-Tuhaita district, as the area is about 75.7 km.

According to the report, 5,800 families lives in 28 population communities in the district and they are at risk of being stranded or unable to leave, and mines are prevented the people to access the humanitarian aid.
