Habra rules out his group accepting the national partnership and stopping its internal wars
English - Wednesday 01 March 2023 الساعة 04:54 pmThe former leader of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, Saleh Habra, ruled out his group's acceptance of an actual cessation of the war at the domestic level, and its acceptance of national partnership in power.
He explained that stopping the war effectively means for his group to abandon their project based on the project of war to restore power from those who usurped it. Also, accepting the national partnership would mean - according to the group's beliefs and superstitions that are contrary to the requirements of God's will and empowering them to rule the people.
The former head of the political council of the Houthi group said that improving living conditions, disbursing employees' salaries and reducing prices will lead to the isolation of his group and the people's dispensation with it, indicating that his group faces this by doubling the living burdens on citizens and depleting the people's money by all means and methods.
He stressed that his group will not even accept the normalization of conditions and calm, as their policy is based on tense situations, and the suggestion that the world is busy conspiring against them, so that people do not feel safe and separate from them.
He said, speaking on behalf of the group: "Even at the level of some humanitarian files, we do not wish to resolve them, because that means that one of the files that we seek sympathy for people with has been closed," contrary to the hypotheses of their project based on the lie of "oppressedness and confronting injustice."
While he considered them constants that cannot be bargained upon, Habra affirmed that his group does not accept a civil state in which people are equal before the law, based on the myth that their equality with others is a diminution of their worth, and that according to them is reprehensible and impossible for us to accept."
