Abyan, NewsYemen:

Al-Qaeda militants left Omaran camp on the impact of strikes and the advance of the southern forces at dawn on Sunday.

Citizens in villages located behind the valley said that ISIS crews, cars and motorcycles withdrew from dawn to morning from the camp, after the southern forces advanced into the reefs where the organization is holed up.

The citizens confirmed that the organization's crews passed through their villages, fleeing the battles, on their way to the border areas between Shabwa and Abyan.

Since the evening, the southern artillery launched intensive bombardment on the last of the organization’s positions in the Omran reef, and later carried out an attack and advanced towards the organization’s positions, which fled towards Hatib Shabwa.

In addition, the independent Aden Channel announced that the southern forces carried out an operation to circumvent the Omaran camp and succeeded in controlling it and advanced towards the Al-Mahfad district to secure it.
