Abyan, NewsYemen, private:

The Islah Party, the local branch of the terrorist Brotherhood in Yemen, tried to exploit the terrorist attack on the location of the Security Belt Forces in Ahwar, Abyan Governorate, to undermine its political opponents, led by the Southern Transitional Council.

This exploitation came from the deputy head of the party's media department, Adnan Al-Udaini, whose militias loyal to him were stationed in the same location a few days ago and for more than two years without being targeted.

Al-Udaini did not direct any attack on al-Qaeda responsible for the terrorist attack, but went on to point out that this attack was caused by some forces that seek to further destabilize the security situation for private agendas, referring to the forces opposed to the presence of Islah and its militias in the south.

Al-Udaini’s speech, which is considered an official statement by the Islah party, is seen by journalist and politician Saeed Bakran as a shameless adoption of the blatant massacre in Abyan against 21 young men from Abyan.

In a post on his Twitter account, he added, "What insolence and contempt this group is as it sets conditions to stop its operations and threatens to continue it if its conditions are not met.  You bastard killers, curse has come upon you, and this blood will follow you.

Al-Islah’s exploitation of the incident did not stop at Al-Adini, but extended to Brotherhood activists in Turkey and Qatar, who rushed to open spaces on the Twitter platform for the purpose of attacking the UAE and the Southern Transitional Council, and promoting their allegations of being behind this terrorist operation.

What is surprising is that most of the Brotherhood's activists have talked about the deaths of the southern forces, which they call the forces of the Southern Transitional Council, and did not talk about the members of the terrorist organization who were killed during the response to the attack.
