Aden, NewsYemen:

A Hadrami journalist explained the reasons for the differences that led the member of the Presidential Command Council, the Governor of Hadramout, Major General Faraj Al-Bahsani, to issue directives to suspend the governorate’s deputy for the affairs of the valley and desert districts, Issam Habrish Al-Kathiri, from work starting this morning, Wednesday.

Journalist Muhammad Abdul-Wahhab al-Yazidi said, in a post on his Facebook account, "There are many issues and disagreements that afflict the relationship between the governor of Hadhramaut and the deputy directors of the Valley and Sahara... But during this week, two things happened that worsened the relationship between the two men, which prompted Mr. Governor  Al-Bahsani to dismiss the agent of the Valley and the Sahara.

He pointed out that the first matter was that the agent of the valley purchased the used electro-gas station (270) from the Sultanate of Oman at a price of 25 million, which is a discounted price, after the governor refused to buy it for the coast on the grounds that it was (expensive), explaining that the agent's purchase of the station prompted the governor to accuse him of trying to embarrass him.  In Front Of El Hadrami Street.

According to Al-Yazidi, the Governor Al-Bahsani signed an agreement to maintain an old station with a capacity of 50 megabytes, at an amount of $25 million, which is the value of buying a used gas station with a capacity of 270 megabytes, which was purchased by the agent of the valley, calling for a comparison between what will benefit the citizen;  Maintaining a dilapidated station with a capacity of only 50 megabytes, or buying a semi-new station with a capacity of 270 megabytes, both at the same price.

Al-Yazidi stated that the reason for the second dispute was the meeting of the agent Al-Kathiri with the President of the Presidency Council the day before yesterday and his taking a decision to supply Hadramout Valley’s share of oil sales to the accounts of the authority in the valley through the central bank and not through the person of the governor, explaining that one of the problems of the Valley and Coast authorities is the lack of access the first is entitled to all its financial entitlements from the share of oil revenues, since the Governor Al-Bahsani is the one controlling it and it does not pass through the legal financial frameworks of the Central Bank.
