Sana'a, NewsYemen, Muhammad Yahya:

Emphasizing its unwillingness for peace, the terrorist Houthi militia has always repudiated and failed to abide by any agreement or pledges. Just as it repudiated the implementation of the terms of the Sweden Agreement on Hodeidah, it is impeding the implementation of the terms of the UN Armistice Agreement regarding lifting the siege on the city of Taiz and opening the roads leading to the city.  In order not to lose the huge revenues that it loots from this industrial city, which together with the revenues of the ports of Hodeidah represent the largest financial resources of the militia and its leaders.

Since signing the Stockholm Agreement in late 2018, the Iranian arm in Yemen has repudiated the agreement and disrupted the implementation of its provisions, redeployed its militants, and used the proceeds of this agreement to secure itself in Hodeidah, after rejecting the procedures of the Redeployment Committee and began unilateral measures in military and administrative control over the covered areas.  By agreement, to maintain its control over Hodeidah and its ports, from which it reaps billions of revenues.

The terrorist militia harnesses the revenues of the port of Hodeidah estimated at 14 billion riyals, in addition to the revenues of the executive offices in the governorate for the benefit of its leaders and to support its wars against the Yemenis.  The militia loyal to Tehran also uses the port of Hodeidah, in addition to the ports of Saleef and Al-Luhya, to finance, arm, and introduce missiles, drones, and Iranian weapons into Yemen to threaten the security of the countries of the region and threaten international navigation in the Red Sea.

At the beginning of last year, the legitimate government admitted that its decision to stop military operations in Hodeidah and to go to Stockholm was a wrong decision, and that the "Stockholm Agreement" had caused great harm to the Yemeni people after it gave the militia an opportunity to control the ports of Hodeidah and receive more Iranian weapons,  And a huge economic resource that generates billions of riyals for the treasury of the militia's war effort.

While the terrorist militia continued its direct violations of the ceasefire, after signing the Stockholm Agreement, and continued laying mines, bombing civilians, refusing to withdraw from the city of Hodeidah and its ports, and using the ports to equip and launch remotely controlled booby-trapped boats, the international community did not comply.  In turn, he supervises and monitors the implementation of the agreement to be a correct step towards lasting peace.

Voices are calling for stopping the implementation of the Stockholm Agreement and canceling its commitment to it, stressing that the intransigence of the Houthi coup militia has no choice but to end its fateful coup by military resolution and restore the state, directing the army to liberate the remainder of the city of Hodeidah, and moving all the military fronts in the rest of the provinces to liberate them, leading to the liberation of the capital.  Sana'a, after the terrorist militia repudiated all its obligations under the Stockholm Agreement.

On December 18, 2018, the United Nations sponsored consultations between the Yemeni government and the Houthis in the Swedish capital, Stockholm.  After suspicious movements of the UN envoy Griffith.  It aimed to save Iran’s arm in Yemen under humanitarian pretexts, after the rapid progress of the joint forces, which reached the neighborhoods of the city of Hodeidah and surrounded most of its sides, and became very close to its center, and great international and international pressures came to stop the battle to liberate Hodeidah.
