Aden, NewsYemen:

Southern political analyst Saeed Bakran called on the Presidential Leadership Council to take a firm stance towards the file of Brotherhood leader Amjad Khaled, the first accused behind the terrorist acts that targeted the capital, Aden.

Bakran said in his Facebook post, that the file of the so-called Amjad Khaled and his armed formations in Al-Turbah and turning it into a launching center for booby-traps towards Aden must be urgently placed on the table of the Presidency Council.

Bakran called on the Command Council to urgently form a team, whose task is to investigate Amjad Khaled, and to listen to the Counter-Terrorism Service and its documented material from people's confessions.

Bakran said: If the leadership council ignores this dangerous file, it will make him accused of collusion with the Brotherhood cell, Amjad Khaled, in the event of any new bombing.

He pointed out that Amjad Khaled is accused of terrorist bombings that kidnapped the lives of leaders and citizens and threatened the security of the population in Aden, and the charges were brought against him publicly and from the Counter-Terrorism Service, with confessions documented in audio and video, and the participation of confessors documented by cameras.

For his part, the political activist, Yasser Ali, called on the head of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, to issue orders to arrest Amjad Khaled and his terrorist cell residing in Taiz.

And he said in his Facebook post, that Amjad Khaled and Muhammad al-Maisari reside in Taiz, from which assassinations of southern leaders are planned, adding that the Command Council is the legitimate authority of Yemen, and it must issue orders to arrest them, and impose its authority in Taiz, Marib and all the liberated northern regions, not just the southern .
