Aden, NewsYemen, special:

The fighting fronts in Hajjah, Marib and Taiz witnessed intermittent confrontations between government forces backed by tribes on the one hand, and the terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, on the other hand, while Amran governorate, north of Sanaa, witnessed an armed tribal uprising against the Houthis against the background of the killing of a tribesman.

Military sources in Hajjah stated that the Houthi militia failed to regain the "Bani Hassan" area in the Abs district, taking advantage of the halt in the Arab coalition's fighter jets' raids, as they were repelled and inflicted heavy losses on its members.

The militias had sent combat reinforcements during the past two days to the Hajjah and Marib fronts, including heavy weapons, as part of their escalation under operations to break the siege, according to Houthi leader Muhammad al-Bakhiti, who confirmed that his group was not concerned with the coalition's decision to stop its operations in Yemen, as long as the coalition did not lift the siege on them.  And he withdraws his forces and what he called his mercenaries from several areas in the country.

Field sources in Marib stated that the militias tried during the past hours to penetrate the fronts of Mala'a and Jabal al-Balaq in the southern axis of Marib, but failed as a result of the steadfastness of the forces and tribes in those areas, confirming that the Houthis incurred 40 deaths, including prominent field leaders.

The sources reported the killing of the Houthi leader, who is close to Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, the militia leader, Khaled Yahya Al-Marani, nicknamed "Abu Jibril", and the commander of the special mission units in the ranks of the Houthis trained by elements of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and the Lebanese Hezbollah, as well as the killing of Houthi leader Abu Hadi Al-Shami.  In addition to the leader of al-Qaeda, Abdulaziz Saleh Abdullah al-Zakari, who was fighting with the Houthis.

In Taiz, the Al-Shaqab front, southeast of the governorate, witnessed a play of fake confrontations between the elements of the Taiz axis of the Islah party, and Houthi elements in the framework of their annual operations that precede the holy month of Ramadan to obtain sums of money or what has become known as "Ramadan expenditure."

The fake confrontations coincided with the conclusion of a prisoner exchange deal between the Islah Party and the Houthis, which included the release of 12 prisoners, six from each side, in a deal that took place away from legitimacy.

On the other hand, Ayal Sarih district in Amran governorate, located on the road between Sanaa and Saada, witnessed armed confrontations between tribesmen in the area and Houthi elements, which led to the killing of a number of Houthis, wounding of others, and the destruction of a military outfit.

Local sources in the area reported that the confrontations came after the militias killed a member of the Ayal Sareeh tribes on Wednesday evening, which prompted the tribes to launch a massive attack on a Houthi point, killing their members, seizing a military kit, and causing other damage.  A security building in the district was also seized and its employees expelled.

The sources indicated that the directorate is witnessing a large spread of armed tribesmen, in addition to setting up checkpoints for Houthi elements trying to infiltrate the directorate, as they described it, noting that there is tribal mediation to end the conflict between the two sides.

Meanwhile, the death toll from Houthi-Houthi clashes in the Al-Qafar district, northwest of Ibb governorate, which continued over the past two days, rose to 16 dead and wounded, according to local sources, confirming the continuation of tension between the Houthis resulting from the background of looting humanitarian aid that reached the district from international humanitarian organizations.
