Shabwa, NewsYemen:

Arrangements are currently underway to reorganize the local, security, and military authorities in Shabwa governorate, in an effort to remedy what has been spoiled by the Brotherhood's authority, led by Governor Muhammad Saleh bin Adyo, during the past three years.

These arrangements represent an inevitable necessity in order to secure Shabwa and protect it from Brotherhood-Houthi conspiracies that have targeted and targeted its social fabric and tribal structure within the framework of a regional scheme aimed at returning the liberated governorate to the bosom of Iran, represented by the Houthi militia, its arm in Yemen.

The moves to rearrange the Shabwa authorities came after the escalation of popular and tribal anger rejecting the practices and crimes of the Brotherhood’s authority and its military arms, and its violations against the sons and tribes of the governorate, who had a major role in liberating it from the armed Houthi militia and terrorist elements.

The crimes of the Brotherhood militia, led by Muhammad Saleh bin Adio, ranged from assassinations, arrests, kidnappings, abuse of citizens and depriving them of services, as well as looting public and private property, the brotherhood of government institutions and security services, and the dismissal of military leaders and their replacement with teachers and educators from the Islah Party, the local arm of the Brotherhood in Yemen.

The Brotherhood authority also created a number of secret prisons in Ataq, the capital of Shabwa governorate, and forcibly disappeared hundreds of civilians and members of the elite forces, kidnapped them without any legal justification, and practiced forms of torture against them under the supervision of security elements in the secret service or what is known as the private organization in the Brotherhood.

Over the course of three years, the Brotherhood militias have been targeting the Shabwani community and pitting the tribes against each other and then striking them to eliminate the danger that threatens their conspiratorial plans with the Houthi militia, which was embodied in the betrayal of handing over the three Bayhan districts without a fight in mid-September to complete the overthrow of the steadfast city of Marib two years ago, as a stage  First, it will be followed by handing over all of Shabwa's districts to the Houthis without any fighting.

Prominent military leaders in the Ataq axis revealed, in video recordings circulated by the media, about the practices of the Shabwa Brotherhood authority against the officers and soldiers in the brigades affiliated with the axis... stressing that the Brotherhood militias, similar to what the Houthi militias are doing, confiscated the tasks of the military axis officers and assigned them to students and teachers in schools.  Primary followers of the Isal party in the province.

The military leaders unanimously agreed that the militias handed over the Bayhan districts to the Houthis and withdrew the Axis weapon to be used against the Shabwa people in the Al-Alam camp instead of using it against the Houthis.

And the Brotherhood’s suppression of societal and tribal movements confirms its complicity with the Houthi militias, which caused the escalation of popular anger against this authority, which refuses to listen to them and demanded its dismissal after its corruption and crimes amounted to treason for land and blood.

Therefore, the Shabwa tribes responded to the invitation of the advisor to the President of the Republic and the representative in Parliament, Sheikh Awad Muhammad bin Al-Wazir Al-Awlaki, and they fell to participate in the stress meeting that took place in mid-November and came out with many demands, most notably the dismissal of the Brotherhood authority and its accountability for its crimes, financial corruption and treason.

The tribes, supported by various segments of the Shabwani society, moved their peaceful sit-in from Nisab district to the city of Ataq, the center and the capital of Shabwa, as part of their peaceful escalation in order to implement their demands that fully comply with the demands of the local street, which is fed up with this corrupt authority.

With their peaceful escalation, the tribes are trying to pressure the legitimate authority in order to end the hegemony of the organization with its various arms over the governorate, a local authority, civil institutions, security and military agencies, resources and wealth, in order to stop tampering with the governorate’s resources and immunizing it from any new betrayals.
