Taiz, NewsYemen:

 A woman was wounded by a sniper of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, who targeted her west of the city of Taiz.

 Eyewitnesses told NewsYemen that Diana Muhammad, an 18-year-old woman, was shot by a Houthi sniper stationed at the front of the air defense force, west of the city.

According to the sources, the woman was injured while leaving her house in the residential city neighborhood.

 According to medical sources, the wounded Diana was shot in the leg and another shot in the pelvis. She also sustained injuries to all of her body as a result of bullet fragments, so she was taken to Al-Thawra Hospital in the city center for treatment.

This comes within the systematic targeting by the Houthi militia of the population in the governorate of Taiz, the city of Al-Hodeidah, and a number of the northeastern governorates of the country in Marib, Al-Jawf and Al-Dhalea.
