Shabwa, NewsYemen, private:

Muhammad Salih bin Udayo was appointed governor of the wealthy Shabwa governorate following the Qatar crisis and its departure from the alliance. The Brotherhood wing began working to thwart the alliance in response to the siege of Doha through Ibn Udayo and semi-official military, security and political leaders.

The battles were heading towards Sana’a and the forces on the outskirts of the capital, which is controlled by Iranian agents, but the Brotherhood’s plan brought down everything and in front of everyone, Nihm, Al-Jawf and large parts of Marib fell, and Al-Bayda and districts in Shabwa fell after that, after the Brotherhood succeeded in their plan by diverting the course of the battle from Sana’a towards  Aden, with the support and funding of the Shabwa Authority, to serve Doha.

The Brotherhood ignited side battles in the liberated areas and fought all those who fight and oppose the Iranian militias. The Houthi battle no longer concerns them. They directed their forces towards Aden, mobilized and waged wars and allowed the Houthis to control areas that were under their control without a fight. This was a turning point in the course of the battle for the benefit of Iran’s proxies.

The Houthis became in a better position after they were receiving defeats and the geography of their control was shrinking under the strikes of the armed forces and the Arab coalition, but the Brotherhood intervened and returned the Houthi group to a position it did not dream of, and everyone knows how the camps were delivered with their equipment in Nihm, Al-Jawf and Al-Bayda without a fight.

The Brotherhood is leading the scene and managing the scheme on the ground, the governor of Shabwa, Muhammad bin Udayo, with financial funding and management, as military sources revealed months ago that the Brotherhood governor was behind the war waged by the Brotherhood’s forces against the southern forces in Shaqra Abyan and the full financial financing of the war from the governorate’s oil revenues, which he refuses to supply to the bank  central.

Years ago, southern leaders of the coalition and the leadership of legitimacy warned that Ibn Udayw was leading a scheme targeting the liberated areas and serving the Houthi militias, and that the side battles would make Iran’s militias expand and control new areas, but he did not listen to their warnings.

After the ax fell in the head, and areas in Shabwa governorate were handed over to the Houthi militias without a fight, and the Brotherhood forces did not move to restore them, and Ibn Udayo mobilized forces to attack the headquarters of the Arab coalition in Balhaf, two months ago, Prime Minister Maeen Abdul Malik arrived in Shabwa governorate, warning of side battles.

Mueen Abdul-Malik said during his meeting with Ibn Udayw that the side battles were the ones that facilitated the Houthi expansion and control of the areas, indicating that the government would not allow them.

The prime minister’s face-to-face talk with Ibn Adyo about the danger of side battles was clear that the man was playing a dangerous game and a direct accusation against him of causing the fall of the areas in favor of the Houthi militias.  But Ibn Adyo did not pay attention to the prime minister’s warnings, and went to other battles with the elite forces in the Al-Alam and Tribes camp. He suppressed southern demonstrations on the anniversary of November 30, and the Houthis united them in Bayhan and Usaylan, who were safe from the suppression of them by Ibn Adyo’s forces, as if he was saying our war with the anti-Houthi forces only.

Two months after Muin Abdul-Malik spoke to the governor of Shabwa about the side battles and their danger, Foreign Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak attacked the Shabwa Brotherhood authority, stressing that its side battles serve the Houthi militia.

In an interview with Al-Jazeera, on Wednesday, Ibn Mubarak confirmed that “provoking a storm with Balhaf is a fabrication of side battles and diverting the compass away from the main battle with the Houthi militia,” referring to the Brotherhood organization that uses Balhaf and Al-Mahra as plotters to escalate against the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia.

The minister lied the Brotherhood's allegations about the UAE's refusal to leave Balhaf, and said that the Yemeni government is authorized to talk about Balhaf and did not talk to the brothers about that, adding, "We, they and Saudi Arabia are in one battle against the Houthis."

In an interview with Al-Jazeera, Ibn Mubarak said that the UAE did not refuse to leave Balhaf, and the legitimate government did not talk to it about Balhaf.  He added, "We, they and Saudi Arabia are in one battle against the Houthis."

He stressed that those who "talk about Balhaf now want side battles that keep us away from the battle with the Houthis," referring to the governor of Shabwa, Muhammad Saleh bin Adyo, who is affiliated with the Islah Party (the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen), who is escalating his rhetoric against the coalition and mobilizing to target Balhaf.

These official accusations from the clear government alone confirm the involvement of Ibn Udayo and his party behind the fall of the areas in Shabwa and others in the hands of the Houthi group and the prolongation of the war and are sufficient to dismiss him and correct mistakes and correct the course of the battle, but there are those who refuse and stand by Ibn Adyo from the top of the pyramid of legitimacy.

Academic Khaled Al-Shamiri said in his tweet: Ibn Mubarak said that legitimacy is not at odds with the UAE and that Ibn Udayo's fabrication of side wars is an "individual act," adding, "Then what does his continuation in his position mean to this day?  It is unable to dismiss him because the Brotherhood controls the decision inside it, and in both cases, Ibn Mubarak's words become incorrect."

The sources indicate that Hadi, his two sons and his office, which is controlled by the Brotherhood, is the first supporter of the Brotherhood’s governor, Ibn Adyo, and they are the ones who reject his dismissal and provide him with full support to prolong the war because it is the only guarantor of the survival of this gang that rules and loots wealth without anyone being held accountable.

Recently, popular demands in Shabwa and the south have increased for the need to speed up the change of the Shabwa authority to remedy what can be remedied to stop tampering, corruption, exclusion and support for terrorism.  Difficulty for the Shabwa authority, as it said in its statement.
