Shabwa, NewsYemen:

A security official was injured, on Tuesday evening, during a clash between a security force loyal to the Islah party, and tribal gunmen in Shabwa governorate.

A local source told NewsYemen that the commander of the Special Forces, Ali Jawhar, was wounded with two of his companions, during a clash with tribal gunmen from the Al-Azm tribes in the Al-Nashima area in the Radhum district.

According to the source, the clash took place after disputes erupted between the two parties, as the tribal gunmen refused to withdraw from the protection sites of the Al-Nashima reservoirs, especially since they are the owners of the land, and they say that they have the right to be employed in their lands, which is rejected by the Shabwa authority.
