Hodeidah, Taiz, NewsYemen:

The joint forces took control of strategic areas and mountains adjacent to a number of districts in the governorates of Taiz and Hodeidah, amid major collapses and heavy losses in the ranks of the Houthi militia loyal to Iran.

The operation culminated in the liberation of large areas and strategic mountains, namely: the Maghribi Mountains in the Jabal Ras District and the Jabal Al-Abed axis overlooking the Jabal Ras District in the Hodeidah Governorate, the Al-Rawaina, Al-Suhaira, Al-Tur and many mountains in the Maqbna District in the Taiz Governorate, and the Ghaziyah Mountains, Habeitan, Qabar, Omar and Al-Dabbas Bab Al-Faj Districts in the Hais District.

The forces also took control of many areas and valleys, the most important of which is Wadi Nakhla, east of Hais District.

The joint forces fought violent battles against the Houthi militia, in which various types of heavy and medium weapons were used, in which the militias loyal to Iran incurred great human and material losses, and seized heavy machinery and equipment.

Brigadier General Ali Hassan al-Juhouri, advisor to the commander of the Giants Brigades, said that the joint forces carried out a well-planned attack on the tactical level to secure the city of Hais.

He added, that this operation responded to the misunderstanding of the process of redeploying the joint forces, and the whirlwind raised by the enemy's media, which talks about the withdrawal under the pressure of enemy fire, and this is not true.  He stressed that the joint forces secured the city of Hays and its suburbs.

The joint forces opened the roads connecting the regions, clearing them of mines and explosive devices, which were heavily planted by the Houthi militia.

For his part, Aseel Al-Saqladi, Director of the Media Center of the Giants Brigades operating within the joint forces on the west coast, said that the joint forces managed to purify the Al-Baghil area of the Al-Jarrahi district, south of Al-Hodeidah Governorate.

And he confirmed on the social networking site "Facebook" that the joint forces in the Al-Baghil area have been cleansed of the Iranian-backed Houthi militias.

Field and other military sources reported that, during the last few hours of Saturday night, the joint forces managed to liberate the Al-Baghil, Bani Karb and Al-Khajna areas towards the center of the Al-Jarrahi district with the mountain ranges surrounding these areas.

The sources pointed out the implementation of a surprise attack against the militia sites, which are in a state of defeat and collapse due to their inability to arrange the ranks of their elements, in the face of the continuous advance of the joint forces backed by the fighters of the Arab coalition.

The sources indicated that less than three kilometers remained in front of the members of the joint forces to reach the center of the Al-Jarrahi Directorate, with the continuation of the battles in which various heavy, medium and light weapons were used.
