Houthi militia stormed the house of the head of the conference branch in Marib and looted its contents
English - Tuesday 09 November 2021 الساعة 09:36 amThe Houthi militia stormed the house of Sheikh Mansour al-Sayadi, head of the General People’s Congress branch in Marib governorate, and looted its contents, days after denying any connection to the GPC with the recent statement issued by the Islah Party and attributed to a number of political parties.
A source close to Sheikh Al-Saidi said that the Houthi militia raided the house of the head of the conference branch in Marib, broke the doors and looted the property inside, including one of his cars, which the Houthi gang blew up a few days ago.
He added that the storming of the house and looting of property came hours after the Houthi militia set the house on fire; He described it as a "criminal, cowardly step that shows the ugly face of that group."
The head of the Congress branch in Marib, Sheikh Mansour al-Sayadi, denied, in a statement to NewsYemen, any connection to the party with the recently issued statement attributed to a number of political parties, stressing that the Islah party issued the statement to repudiate its failure on the fronts.
Al-Sayadi explained that the statement was issued by the Yemeni Congregation for Reform and from people with the number of fingers who had previously been dismissed from the General People's Congress, describing the statement as "a mere repudiation of the failure of those who issued it and their fall on various fronts."
