Aden, NewsYemen:

Tokyo has provided Yemen with a new grant of $7 million to be added to its previous series of grants with the aim of enhancing food security in our country.

And the newspaper "Japan in Arabic" reported that the grant was provided through the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, as a complement to the Japanese humanitarian aid package, which is estimated at $58.7 million this year, with a total of $65.7 million.

The newspaper published with the news the Japanese flag and below it in Arabic "from the Japanese people", in reference to the noble human gift that came from the Japanese people to the Yemeni people.

Earlier, Japanese organizations and media reported that the educational process in Yemen had been greatly disrupted by the war, and that Japan was trying to contribute to supporting Yemen to confront these obstacles and prevent children from dropping out of schools.

Japan is among the most important countries that provided projects to Yemen since the 1962 revolution.

Activists commented on this news and other aid news, that there are many countries and agencies that provide aid to Yemen, but the lesson remains in the level of its delivery, adding: that many international organizations part with aid and what remains is stolen by the Houthi militia silently by organizations, local agents or established.

Specialized international reports note that 20 million Yemenis need urgent humanitarian aid, while malnutrition has devoured millions of children.
