Shabwa, NewsYemen, private:

By handing over Bayhan without a fight, the Islah party, the local branch of the Brotherhood, opened the southern gate of Marib wide, in front of the Houthi militia, to penetrate into the strategic heart of the governorate, after it remained, Iran’s arm in Yemen, unable to penetrate the defenses of the Murad tribes, for the past period.

But the repercussions of the betrayal that brought al-Houthi back to occupy the districts of western Shabwa, four years after it was expelled from it, rebounded on the "Brotherhood", and began to bite the group itself, after it was caught stabbing Marib in the back and protecting the back of al-Houthi.

Meanwhile, many areas of Shabwa are witnessing a wave of anger against the authority of the Brotherhood and its armed factions, a wave that expands and escalates from day to day, especially with the tribesmen making sure that what happened in Bayhan was a result of a “betrayal” of involvement.  Where the Brotherhood, and not about a military battle.

And it seems that the Brotherhood themselves fueled the storm of popular and tribal anger against them in Shabwa, through maneuvers, some of which were military and others, media and political, through which they tried to divert attention from handing over the three districts, and enabling the Houthis to clamp down on Marib and overthrow two districts and penetrate into a third.

However, the results of these Brotherhood maneuvers, which followed the handover of 60 square kilometers of the area of Shabwa, to the Brotherhood militia, came in the opposite direction. Their announcement of a military operation, which had no value on the ground, to restore the three areas, was considered an additional confirmation of their involvement in the handover, while  He carried signs of their intention to permanently protect the Houthis' control of Baihan.

It seems that the people of Shabwa, along with the rest of the Yemenis, were alerted to the efforts of the Brotherhood, through the governor, Muhammad Saleh Adyo, to protect the Houthi militia, and to impede any serious move to expel it, especially since they (the Brotherhood) were not satisfied with surrender and turned to suppressing the voices calling for the liberation of Bayhan, as well as rejecting any  Move in that direction.

In this regard, the Belaid tribes sent an urgent call to the Arab Alliance and the Southern Resistance to intervene quickly to save Shabwa from the conspiracies of the Brotherhood and the Houthis, during a protest pause in the "Al-Talh" district to study appropriate options to confront the dangers facing the governorate after the Brotherhood handed over the three districts of Bayhan to the Houthi militias.

The participants in the tribal stand called for by Sheikh Ali Omar Bahisami, the sheikh of the Belaid tribes, condemned the corruption and lawlessness witnessed in Shabwa as a result of the Brotherhood's militias controlling the decision-making authority in the governorate.

In a statement, the Belaid tribes called on the Arab coalition to return the Shabwani Elite Forces, which were dismissed by the ruling Brotherhood militia in Shabwa, to work in the face of security challenges and hand over the anti-terrorism file to the UAE.

The Sheikh of the Belaid tribes, Sheikh Ali Omar, said that the governor of Shabwa threatened to use military force after the Belaid tribes announced that they would protect their areas from the Houthis, which is rejected by the Brotherhood militias as they want to continue handing over the Shabwa districts to the Houthis.

During the tribal rally, which was attended by the sheikhs and dignitaries of Belaid, he stressed the need to prepare to defend their land and demand the rights of the marginalized districts, by the local authority loyal to the Brotherhood.

In a statement issued by him, Sheikh Nasser Muhammad Bagil, a member of the Yemeni House of Representatives from Shabwa governorate, demanded that the leadership of legitimacy and the Arab coalition investigate the fall of the Bayhan districts into the hands of the Houthi militia.

He stressed that the fall of three directorates is similar to the agreed surrender between the Brotherhood and the Houthis.. He called on all sheikhs, dignitaries, activists, youth and all segments of society to unite their word against injustice, corruption, high prices and exclusion, which created a gap that enabled the Houthi to penetrate Shabwa.

Bajeel called on "legitimacy" and the coalition to save the oil province from the oppression, high prices and terrorism it is going through by the forces affiliated with the Brotherhood's authority... denouncing the brutality and terrorism that the city of Al-Rawda was subjected to, on Saturday, and the assault on the camps of the protestors with armed crews.

In his statement, Bajeel urged the tribes of Al-Rawda District to stand united against the barbaric intransigence of the aggressor forces, which should have been on the front lines to defend the province instead of confronting the citizens.

In his statement, he said: "Through my constitutional, legal and moral responsibility as a deputy in Parliament representing the people, I call on the Arab coalition, the President of the Republic, and the Presidency of the Parliament to stand firmly to end these behaviors and hold those responsible to account."

Earlier, the Presidency of the Transitional Council praised, in a statement, the popular action and the active community participation of the people of Shabwa in confronting the Houthi expansion project and standing up to the hegemony projects that are desperate in trying to control the governorate and its resources.

The STC condemned the methods of repression, intimidation and arrests pursued by the security forces loyal to the Brotherhood in the governorate, the latest of which was the raid on the sit-in squares in the districts of Radhum and Al-Rawda, and firing live bullets at unarmed protesters on Sunday.
