Marib, NewsYemen:

The Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, was able to cordon off the city of Marib, the provincial capital, from all sides, except for the international line road leading to the Al-Abr area in Hadramout.

After the overthrow of Harib, the siege of Al-Abdiya, and the storming of its center, the Houthi militia penetrated into Al-Juba, and intensified its attack to control the third district in the Ma'rib governorate, since its takeover of the three Bayhan districts in the adjacent Shabwa governorate without a fight.

Military sources in Marib stated that the Houthi militias obtained great facilities from members of the Islah Party and its organizational leaders involved in government forces and the administrative apparatus of Marib, which enabled them to expand and overthrow many areas.

The Houthi militia is attacking al-Juba from several axes, after taking control of Harib and al-Abdiyya, and is desperate to advance towards Murad Mountain, which is described as the most important defense fortress in the southern gate of Marib.

The Houthi militia had reached the road linking Al-Juba and Jabal Murad, which is the only artery that connects the two areas to the city of Marib.

Military sources warned that the city of Marib would be within the reach of the Houthis, in the event that the army forces, affiliated with legitimacy, did not move to strengthen the fronts of tribesmen, and the fall of Mount Murad.

They pointed out that the Islah elements are normalizing the situation in the supply routes between Marib and Shabwa, in favor of the Houthi militia, as these areas did not witness any armed confrontations, despite the Brotherhood's claim to launch a military operation, which later turned out to be fake.

On the other hand, the leader of the legitimate forces, Captain Ali bin Souda Al-Salmi, admitted that there was a penetration of the operations room to monitor the coordinates of the Houthi militia in the vicinity of Marib, which is affiliated with the legitimate forces and the Arab coalition, which provides the coalition fighters with information about the movements of the Houthis.

And he said in a tweet to him on "Twitter": "20 minutes before the planes bombed, the Houthi elements were calling in their wireless devices "Ya lam 1 lam 2 lam 3, Moho wa Wekifu", a secret code to change their locations, as it was monitored by the government forces' reconnaissance.

Bin Souda added: "The Houthis are provided with the timing of the raids by elements within the legitimacy belonging to the Islah party, so that caution is taken and the Houthi elements avoid any losses incurred by the raids, which confirms what was published by NewsYemen a few days ago.
