Erlo is the guardian of Sanaa from the seventy square

The leader of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and the de facto ruler of Sanaa, Hassan Erlo, appeared, participating in the celebration of the Prophet's birthday, which was organized by the Houthi militia in Al-Sabeen Square, Sana'a, on Monday, October 18.

Commenting on the event, the Iranian official seemed to be the guardian of Sanaa and the Houthi militia, considering the celebration of the Prophet's birthday "a confirmation from the Yemeni people of their strong adherence to the approach of the Greatest Messenger, may God bless him and his family."

In a tweet to him on (Twitter), Erlo claimed: "With this great departure, he proves to the world the depth of his relationship with the Prophet," adding, in the context of his talk about the Yemeni people, "and that he will not give up his resistance, pride and dignity, and will not submit to the forces of aggression and arrogance."

In a speech on the occasion, the group's leader, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, confirmed that his group is "part of the historical equation announced by His Eminence, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, that the threat and danger to Jerusalem means a regional war," as he put it.

Al-Houthi stressed that their goal of achieving freedom and independence on the basis of what he describes as (our faith identity) is a sacred goal, “based on our principle of monotheism for God and disbelief in tyranny,” claiming that “working to achieve this goal is jihad for the sake of God and this goal will not be subject to bargaining, and accordingly we meet  God is generous in the fields of jihad and steadfastness.”
