Shabwa - Newsyemen:

The head of the Southern Transitional Council in Shabwa governorate, Ali Ahmed al-Jabwani, confirmed that the Brotherhood's authorities had killed the spirit of resistance among the tribesmen in Shabwa and Marib.

Al-Jabwani said, in a television interview on the independent Aden channel, that they offered the Shabwa authority to coordinate efforts to liberate the areas that fell to the Houthis, and with this our request was rejected, despite the concessions we made.

He pointed out that the authority of Ibn Adyo, in a meeting, preferred to hand the province over to the Houthi militia, not to hand it over to the Southern Transitional Council.

Al-Jabwani added that Shabwa sheikhs and scholars held the leadership of the Transitional Council and its forces responsible for liberating the governorate from the Houthi militia, and not paying attention to those trying to obstruct the liberation efforts.

The head of the council addressed the sheikhs, scholars and sons of Shabwa that they are ready for this task, and to liberate the province from the Houthi militia.

On the Brotherhood and the Houthi alliance, al-Jabwani said, we previously warned of the danger of the Brotherhood and the Houthi currents and their alliance on the south and the region in general.

The transitional president of Shabwa confirmed that the Muslim Brotherhood in legitimacy is working day and night to mobilize the street against the Arab coalition, and the coalition should be aware of this matter.

For his part, researcher Saeed Abdullah warned the sons of Shabwa against handing over the authority of the Muslim Brotherhood, Ataq, the governorate’s capital, to the Houthi militia, considering that whoever handed Bayhan over Ataq will be handed over.

Abdullah confirmed, in a tweet to him on Twitter, that the battle of Bin Udayo forces in Shabwa is in the Balhaf side, not the Bayhan side, and that they sold the province to Iran.

He continued, "They did not fight on behalf of Ma'rib and left the road to the Houthis to turn from Bayhan to Harib, and Marib is according to what we know their capital and the center of everything for them, so how will they fight in defense of Ataq?"
