The Houthis control 5 districts in Shabwa and Marib without a fight

On Tuesday, the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, took control of three districts in Shabwa Governorate (south of the country) without armed confrontations.

Local sources told NewsYemen that the Houthi militia advanced, on Tuesday morning, and took control of the directorates of "Ain, Usaylan and Al-Olya" in the "Bayhan" axis in Shabwa governorate.

The sources added that the Houthis took over the three districts within one hour without any battles, describing what happened as "betrayal, surrender and receipt."

It explained that the "Brotherhood" forces affiliated with the legitimate government withdrew from those areas before the arrival of the Houthi militia.

And confirmed the arrival of the Houthi fighters on foot, to the center of the Asilan district.

concurrently;  On Tuesday morning, the Houthis took control of two districts in the Marib Governorate, eastern Yemen, without a fight.

 NewsYemen sources said that the Houthi militia had captured the districts of Harib and Al-Juba, in Marib, while it continued to advance towards the "Naqoub".
