The sons of the citizen, Hayel Muhammad Ali Al-Hamidi, from the sons of Al-Ashrouh, appealed to the isolation of Quds, Al-Mawasit District, Taiz Governorate;  The President of the Republic, the Head of Government, and the competent authorities represented by the Prosecution, have done justice to the injustice and abuse they were subjected to by the commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Al Shamsani.

The sons of the citizen Al-Hamidi said that Al-Shamsani had imprisoned their father about two weeks ago. On Monday, July 26, 2021 AD, the commander of the brigade with his companions stormed their father’s oil station and with his companions broke the solar panels and demolished the fuel tanks room.

They added: "Al-Shamsani's escorts also took the work suit belonging to the oil station, which contains money from the boy Omar, after he was assaulted in violation of the law."

According to Al-Hamidi's daughter, "Al-Shamsani attacked them with insults, insults, and uttering obscene terms that are not worthy of a brigade commander," she said.

Al-Hamidi’s sons indicated that Al-Shamsani is still detaining their father in a way that violates the law in the brigade’s pressure prison, among the prisoners of the Houthi coup, and among the criminals since 7/13 / 2021 until today, against the background of a civil case.

Al-Hamidi’s sons said that they provided all guarantees for the release of their father during the Eid period, but Al-Shamsani refused to release him during the Eid holiday despite the guarantees provided to him, to no avail.

Al-Hamidi’s sons denounced what Al-Shamsani and his escorts did, because the army’s military brigades are not police forces and have nothing to do with civil and criminal cases, which are the specialties of the security authorities.

Pointing out that there is a case of a dispute between their father and a person, which is being considered by the Al-Ma’afer and Al-Muwasit Court, stressing that what the commander of the 35th Brigade committed against them is against the laws and that they are asking the competent authorities to do their thing.

They demanded compensation for the material and psychological damage they suffered from the commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, and their fairness and the speedy release of their father from the brigade prison.

It is noteworthy that Al-Hamidi’s children had previously been imprisoned in the cell of the 35th Brigade and in the same case, they were released after paying 300,000 riyals to command the 35th Armored Brigade, in which a bond signed by the prison official was cut.
