The terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, has denied its prisoners, and refused to exchange them for prisoners of war for "racist reasons".

A number of Houthi prisoners, who fell during the recent battles in the Hazmieh Front in Al Bayda Governorate, central Yemen, met by Al-Ain Al-Akhbariya, confirmed that the Houthi militia does not recognize them after their capture.

The prisoners explained that they contacted their leaders after they were captured by the popular resistance, in order to include them in an exchange deal, but they were informed by the leaders of the Houthi militia to the letter: "We don't know you."

They added that they tried to communicate with their leaders in the Houthi militia several times, and each time they were denied because they wanted them to fight to the death and not be captured.
