Washington: We continue to apply pressure to the Houthis through sanctions

US State Department spokesman Ned Price said that the Houthis are continuing their attacks, including targeting Yemeni civilians, despite a serious offer of dialogue.

Price confirmed, in press statements, that Washington continues to exert pressure on the Houthi militia through sanctions.

The US official called on the Houthis to show their seriousness by stopping their attacks and limiting the aggravation of the humanitarian crisis.

He pointed out that the Houthi militia attack on Ma'rib exacerbates the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
