In a tweet to him on (Twitter), Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, the governor of the Central Bank of Sana’a, directed to put a zero in front of coins, believing in this “an easy option and a temporary solution to the liquidity problem.”

Al-Houthi said, "Put a zero in front of the coins so that it becomes (5 = 50, 10 = 100, 25 = 250, 50 = 500, 100 = 1000).

The proposal showed the Houthi leader's ignorance of the simplest concepts of the economy, and activists commented on the communication networks, reminding Al-Houthi that there are no coins from most of the proposed categories in his tweet, which they described as zero.
