Abyan.. dead and wounded as a result of an unknown explosion in a camp led by a sheikh of my brothers in Mudiyah

Local sources in the city of Mudiyah in Abyan governorate said that a violent explosion rocked the Fifth Brigade camp, west of the city, causing deaths and injuries, coinciding with the intensification of battles on the Thara front with the Houthi militias.

According to the sources, the explosion was heard in the middle of the camp on Sunday afternoon, and smoke was seen rising from the camp, without knowing whether there was air strikes, a missile fall, or an explosion from inside the camp.

A local source in the city said that the bombing targeted a mosque inside the brigade, where soldiers were gathering to perform the noon prayer.

According to the sources, the brigade has been witnessing training courses for soldiers from several brigades for more than a month.

The sources indicated that the wounded and dead were taken to the city hospital.

The Fifth Brigade is led by Sanad Al-Flag Al-Maisari, a civilian leader of the Brotherhood organization in the governorate.
