Al-Zubaidi: Whoever kills innocent people in Lawdar will pay the price

 The head of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, vowed a harsh response to the killing of citizens in the Lawdar district yesterday.

Al-Zubaidi said, during a meeting that included military and security leaders, on Saturday, at the council’s headquarters in the capital, Aden, that those responsible for the Lawdar terrorist attack will pay the price for the violations that aim to thwart the Riyadh agreement.

In the meeting, Al-Zubaidi discussed with the military and security leaders the events and the military confrontations in the Lawdar district in the Abyan governorate, the crowds and the military reinforcements backed by terrorist organizations to storm the city, intimidate the safe civilians, and control the camp of the Security Belt Forces in the city.

Al-Zubaidi stressed that the southern armed forces will not stand idly by towards this tampering with the security and stability of Lawdar, Abyan governorate and the south in general, and those responsible will pay the price for these violations, which represent a flagrant violation of the Riyadh Agreement with the aim of thwarting the agreement in general.
