Aden, NewsYemen, special:

With the call to prayer for Friday prayers, shells of the forces loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood fell on the building of the Lauder Directorate Security Administration and some of the surrounding houses, after mediation failed to hand over the administration to a new security director, which the people of the area rejected.

The clashes expanded in the city after the Brotherhood forces pushed in large forces that arrived from Shaqra and Shabwa, which were confronted by the forces loyal to the former security director "Al-Khidr Homsan" and the tribes that flocked to defend the city, especially the Al-Awathel tribes, the largest of the Lawdar tribes, to which Homsan belongs.

Homsan and the Lawdar tribes accuse the Brotherhood's legitimacy of trying to restore al-Qaeda to the city, which has long suffered from terrorism and hundreds of dead and wounded of its sons were killed in confrontations with extremist elements.

A mediation committee had intervened on Thursday, and reached an agreement on appointing a person other than al-Khula’, but, according to tribal sources, they were surprised by the treacherous attack, on Friday afternoon, despite the agreement.

After the siege of the city, the Brotherhood forces bombed the security headquarters and the houses adjacent to it, causing deaths and injuries to civilians on Friday afternoon.

Large reinforcements of Brotherhood forces arrived from Shabwa governorate to the district and were able to advance and besiege the building in conjunction with indiscriminate shelling of the building and its surroundings. After violent clashes, Brotherhood militants took control of the building

The sons of Loder say that the Brotherhood forces are a cover for Al-Qaeda, which the tribesmen and the sons of Loder were able to expel from the city and reach the purification of the entire province, which the organization controlled large parts of before its adventure in Lauder in 2012.

The Houthis are stationed in the high mountains overlooking them and vow to descend and take control of them.

The people of the Directorate are afraid of the Brotherhood’s Houthi rapprochement, which witnessed the Brotherhood handing over a number of fronts and regions to the Houthi group with fake battles, as happened in Nihm, Al-Jawf and a number of fronts in Marib and Al-Bayda.

The Houthi threat to the city increases greatly following the takeover of the Brotherhood forces, which a citizen in the Lauder district described as the magnet that attracts the Houthi militias.

The people of the Directorate were astonished by the crowds that stormed the city and the large forces that did not participate in the battle fronts against the Houthi militias, demanding them to prove their strength and presence in front of the Houthi militias on the Thara front, as they do in the liberated areas.

Returning to the Lauder incident, observers believe that the Brotherhood, by storming the city in this way, killing citizens and mobilizing forces and extremist elements, put themselves in the face of the tribes and the people of the city, and it is difficult for there to be peace between them.

Activists from the city and the tribes vow to respond and consider what happened an occupation and humiliation of the city and the tribes... stressing not to be silent about what happened and that the Brotherhood forces will not rule the city.

The people of the city fear the return of assassinations and targeting of soldiers, members of the popular committees, sheikhs and social figures, as has happened in Shabwa governorate since the Brotherhood forces took control of it.
