A Houthi mine kills a child in Marib

A landmine planted by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, claimed the life of a child, on Tuesday, in the eastern province of Marib.

The Yemeni Landmine Monitor said that the child, Ali Ahmed Al-Waal, was killed as a result of the explosion of a landmine planted by the Houthi militia in Al-Abidiya district, south of Marib governorate.

He added that the child was killed while grazing sheep in the Mukhaq area of   Al-Abidiya District.

The mines planted by the Houthi militia have claimed the lives of thousands of Yemenis, in addition to tens of thousands of seriously injured and amputated organs.
