America confiscates a huge arsenal of Iranian weapons on its way to the Houthis (video)

 The US Navy announced, on Sunday, the seizure of a huge Iranian arms shipment in the Arabian Sea, consisting of weapons of various uses.

The US Navy published on its Twitter page a tweet in which it indicated that very large quantities of Iranian offensive weapons had been seized.

It stated that a shipment of weapons consisting of thousands of assault weapons, machine guns and sniper rifles was seized hidden on board a ship in the Arabian Sea that was "apparently destined for Yemen to support the Houthi group."

The US Navy also shared a video clip showing the moments of the ship being pursued by cruisers and stopped in the waters of the Arabian Sea.

In the context, a US military official told the Associated Press, "The initial investigation of the Navy found that the ship came from Iran, which links Iran again to arming the Houthi militia despite the arms embargo imposed by the United Nations."
