Sanaa, NewsYemen:

With a high frequency and various methods, the Houthi militia - the Iranian arm in Yemen - continues to mobilize against the fortress of the Republic of Yemen, the Ma'rib Front, which is witnessing violent battles between government forces backed by Arab coalition fighters on one side, and the Houthi militia on the other side.

The Houthi militia disrupted the work of the remnants of the House of Representatives in Sana'a, and obliged the members of the Council to "go to their constituencies during the current period and meet with their constituencies, sheikhs, dignitaries and notables, to urge them to continue mobilizing to support the fronts."

In its meeting, on Saturday, the Presidency of the Council of Representatives of Sana'a considered what it described as successive victories, "including the front for the recovery of the Ma'rib Governorate, in support of the will of the Yemeni people and their aspirations to preserve the unity of Yemen."

According to multiple local sources, the Houthi militia, as part of its mobilizing discourse to the citizens in Sanaa and its neighboring governorates, claims that restoring the Ma'rib governorate will mean providing oil derivatives and domestic gas cylinders at reduced prices.
