Houthi tanks shelled residential areas in "Battar" and "Al-Mashareh" in Al Dhalea

On Saturday, the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, launched artillery shelling on residential areas in the northwest of Al-Dhalea Governorate (in the south of the country).
Local sources told "NewsYemen" that the Houthi militia fired 5 shells from a tank, targeting residential areas in the "Battar" and "Al-Mashareh" districts.
It explained that a Houthi tank stationed in Habeel Ubayd fired 5 shells and landed on residential areas in "Battar and Masharieh" northwest of Al Dhalea.
It indicated that the Houthi militia resorted to bombing populated areas, after failing to make any progress towards the southern forces' positions on the same front.
