A document issued by the Governor of Shabwa revealed the interference of Muhammad bin Adiou in the affairs of the judiciary and his attempts to impose members of the judiciary according to his desires to hide the corruption of his leaders.

The document included the governor’s request to the former Attorney General, Dr. Ali Al-Aoush, to change the representative of the Public Funds Prosecution Office in Shabwa Governorate, Mohsen Abdullah Batam.

The governor justified his blatant interference in the affairs of the judiciary and his demand to change the Public Funds Prosecution agent by saying that the presence of this agent caused disagreements with the general managers in Shabwa and created inconsistency.

The governor asked the Attorney General to transfer the Public Funds Prosecutor to work in the Governorate’s Appeals Prosecution Office, or as an attorney, or in any other position in a directorate, provided that he is transferred from the Public Funds Prosecution Office.

The governor’s request to change the Public Funds Prosecutor came because of his objection to the corruption practiced by Bin Adiou and his directors who he brought to work within his administration.
