Radaa, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

On Monday, local sources reported that 6 prisoners, most of them from the Qifah tribe, were wounded in clashes and attacks with white and fire weapons inside the central prison in the city of Rada.

The sources said that 3 prisoners from the Qayfa tribe were stabbed with daggers by others from the "Rayam" tribe loyal to the Houthis, after one of Rayam's sons was injured by fractures as a result of fist clashes between the two parties.

It added that Houthi gunmen, along with a number of families of Rayam prisoners, stormed the central prison and fired their weapons at the prisoners' Qifah, which led to the fall of 2 others, wounded, one of them in serious condition.

explained that the prison guards managed to end the clashes using teargas and batons, and took Riam prisoners to the guard rooms to preserve their safety, given that the prisoners joined the sons of Qifah.

During the past few years, the city of Radaa has witnessed clashes between the Rayam tribe and a number of Qifah tribes, the most violent of which was with the Al-Joufi family, which led to the occurrence of a large number of dead and wounded on both sides.
