A total disobedience in the schools of Aden .. And the teachers union holds legitimacy obstructing education and ignoring their demands and their dues

The Southern Teachers and Educators Syndicate in the capital, Aden, announced a re-escalation, strike and general insurrection that began on Sunday.
The Syndicate accused the legitimate government of indifferently to their demands and entitlements. The teachers ’statement held the Minister of Finance fully responsible, who insists on dealing with the teachers’ demands with a reckless and politicized adventure with premeditation.
In a statement issued by its president, Yasser Farhan Muhammad, she confirmed that the leadership of the Southern Teachers and Educators Syndicate regrets all the damages inflicted on the educational process, and is disappointed by the government's permanent disavowal of its obligations towards teachers' demands and thus exposing the educational process to confusion, obstruction and causing the educational crisis to breakthrough. .
He added, "Unfortunately, despite the efforts made by both: the Minister of Education and the Minister of Civil Service, the Minister of Finance is the one responsible for obstructing the work of that committee, which will result in the procrastination and procrastination of our rights."
The Syndicate has taken a number of measures, the most important of which are:
First: According to what was stated in the statute of the union, Chapter Ten General Provisions Article (56) Paragraph (C), the Capital Syndicate of Aden declares a comprehensive career disobedience in all schools, high schools and education departments in the capital Aden, starting next Sunday, corresponding to 2/21/ 2021 AD, provided that the rebellion is not lifted except with an official statement after we have received our rights, with the exception of third-grade secondary students, out of our concern for the benefit of our children.
Second: We call on the leadership of the General Syndicate to take its pioneering right to lead union action to demand rights and to declare a peaceful sit-in in front of the Maasheeq Palace, as well as to announce major protests, provided that the invitation is made to all teachers and educators in the southern governorates.
Third: We warn, for the last time, the Education Office, some directors of education departments, and some school and high school directors not to oppose or abuse teachers, and that we will not stand idly by in front of any abuse that may affect any teacher in the capital, Aden.
It is noteworthy that earlier a meeting was held between the leadership of our General Syndicate and the Prime Minister on Wednesday 10/2/2021 AD, which resulted in the formation of a committee of the Minister of Education, the Minister of Civil Service and the Minister of Finance to prepare an urgent mechanism to disburse the nature of work for 2011 employees, as well as disbursing annual bonuses for all sectors. Education and teaching, provided that the maximum limit for delivery is at the end of March 2021 AD, and as for the rest of the demands, they will be implemented in three stages.
